CONSENT TO RECEIVING COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATION

By checking “I agree to receive commercial communication” I agree to the processing of my personal data provided to JUNGLE INTERIORS, s.r.o., a corporation having its registered office at Prague 5, Mahenova 9/181, ID No. 26454327, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, entry 83348, as the controller (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”).

I agree to the processing of my personal data for marketing purposes consisting of the inclusion of my personal data in the Controller’s database and of the offering of products and services (advertising) in accordance with the provisions of Section 7 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, i.e., I consent to the Controller using my e-mail address for sending me its commercial communication. To that end, the Controller shall collect and use the following information: your name and surname; your e-mail address, the name of the company in which you work, your telephone contact details.

The Controller shall retain and process your personal data for the purposes specified above for a period of 10 years or until you withdraw your consent. After the expiration of the period specified above or after you withdraw your consent, the Controller will only retain information required for proving that your personal data was being processed duly and in accordance with this consent and legal regulations. If the Controller also processes your personal data on other grounds and for other purposes than those stated in this consent (e.g., for the purpose of providing services), it will continue to process your information on those grounds. Your personal data processed for marketing purposes will not be transferred to third parties. The Controller will disclose your personal data to the following persons:

  • Persons providing data storage or back-up services to the Controller;
  • Processors on the basis of an agreement with the Controller to the extent of data required for the purpose of processing;
  • To persons providing legal advice to the Controller.

Information about your rights as data subjects

You are granting this consent to the processing of your personal data to the Controller voluntarily and you are entitled to withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal of your consent shall not prejudice the legitimacy of the processing of personal data before the time your consent was withdrawn. You can withdraw your consent by sending an e-mail to info@jungleinteriors.cz.

If you believe that the Controller is processing your data in violation of legal regulations, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz.

In line with Article 15 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council – the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), you have a right of access to your personal data. Hence, you can ask from the Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and to information as to what personal data are being processed and for what purpose, to whom they can be transmitted and for what period they are processed, as well as other information. Subject to the conditions set out in Article 16 GDPR, you are entitled to ask the Controller to rectify your personal data or supplement them at your request. Subject to the conditions set in Article 17 GDPR, you are entitled to request that the Controller erase your personal data. The Controller will not, however, erase your personal data if it is processing them for reasons other than on the basis of this consent. Subject to the conditions set out in Article 18 GDPR, you have a right to a restriction of processing. Furthermore, subject to the conditions set out in Article 20 GDPR, you have a right to data portability. This means that at your request, the Controller will transmit the personal data processed by it in a machine-readable format to another controller of your choice, if it is technically feasible.

The Controller strives to respond to your request concerning the exercise of the rights mentioned above without undue delay, but in any event within one month of having received it. If the evaluation of the request is complex or if the number of requests is high, the Controller may extend the period by up to two months. The Controller shall respond to requests free of charge, but if requests are clearly unfounded or disproportionate, in particular, if they are repeated, the Controller may demand a fee taking into account the costs of the processing of the request, or deny the request.

I am granting my consent to the processing of personal data and the sending of commercial communication voluntarily until such time when I, as the data subject, inform the Controller directly and effectively, at the address info@jungleinteriors.cz, that I do not wish to receive commercial information from the Controller and to have my data processed, but for a period of a maximum of 10 years. I have been informed about the rights arising for me from Sections 12 and 21 of the Personal Data Protection Act and from the act on certain information society services and about the fact that the personal data provided by me shall not be disclosed to third persons.
