This is not a dream, but a reality in the new premises in Plaza Roztyly

It is also worth mentioning the elegant, architecturally very attractive,  and generously conceived building of “Roztyly Plaza” that is beautifully located in the immediate vicinity of the Krč Forest. The connection with nature can be seen at every step. Water features at the entrance to the building, an airy green atrium across the entire height of the building, and a planted roof terrace overlooking the forest.

The new offices in this building are not just a place to work. In the middle of the complex, full of mature greenery and water features, an environment was created that brings employees back to the office, supports their creativity and innovation.

From idea to reality

We have been with this project from the very beginning, when the idea of creating a unique and inspiring working environment in the style of video games with trucks was still in its infancy. Our journey began when we first met the architects from the “Perspektiv Studio”. The architects brought initial concepts and visualizations, and together we began to develop ideas that would not only meet the functional requirements of modern office spaces, but also bring aesthetic value and contact with nature. Almost a whole year separated us from the preparations to the final implementation.

One of the key elements that the architects integrated into the design was green plants. These not only aesthetically improve the environment, but also contribute to better air quality and have a very strong, positive effect on the psychological well-being of employees. We designed different types of plants according to their natural light requirements.

Accordingly, they placed the individual parts of the offices, the entrance area, the meeting rooms, and the open workspaces so that they would provide the greatest possible benefit.

Every detail has been carefully considered, from the choice of materials to the colours and textures of the pots, which underline the overall atmosphere of the space. The result was a design that not only met all technical requirements, but also created a space in which people feel comfortable and motivated. Our collaboration on this project has shown how important it is to have an open mind to new ideas. The whole project has greatly inspired us and influenced our approach to other challenges that await us in the future.

Green design that motivates

When you enter this space, you will immediately be attracted by one of its most distinctive features, and that is the wooden ground floor flower beds that are spread over all 3 floors of the entire space and complement it perfectly. These flower beds are not just an ordinary garden element but are the real essence of the entire space. They are carefully made of quality wood, which gives the space a warm and friendly atmosphere, while also providing a stable base for the variety of plants you will find in them. Each flower bed is designed with precision and attention to detail to make it not only aesthetically appealing, but also functional. Our idea for built-in automatic irrigation also contributed to maximum efficiency. This is controlled by our Team Leader via a mobile app, where he starts individual segments on a timer and checks the status of moisture levels.

In these wooden beds you will find a varied mix of plants, which has been carefully selected regarding their similar watering requirements. This aspect is important not only for the health of the plants themselves, but also for the sustainability of the entire bed. Plants with similar watering requirements reduce the risk of overwatering, or underwatering, which ensures their optimal growth and prosperity. In addition, this harmonious combination of plants creates visually appealing compositions of diverse shapes, colours and textures. You will find both dry-loving (Sanseviers, Euphorbias, Agaves, Yuccas) and moisture-loving (Aspidistras, Howey’s, Aglaonemas, Philodendrons, Stralias, Dracaens) plants in the flower beds.

Special attention was paid to the selection of individual plants, which are strategically placed in the common areas numbering almost 150 pieces. It is these individual plants that add dynamism and interest to the space, being distinctive in their size and appearance. Examples are Monsters, Ficuses, Strelicias, and palms. They serve as natural dominants of the entire composition. Each of them is carefully selected to fit into the overall concept and at the same time stand out for its uniqueness. Their placement is designed to attract attention and at the same time harmonize with the surroundings.

A combination of functionality and art, these are Vitra walls with Scindapsus

Another interesting feature of this space are the mobile walls, "Dancing wall Vitra", which are planted with climbing Scindapsus plants. These walls are not only a practical solution for dividing a space and creating privacy, but they also represent a living work of art that is constantly growing and changing. Scindapsus are known for their ability to grow quickly and form dense green veils, making them an ideal choice for this purpose.

Wooden beds, individual plants, and dancing walls together create a harmonious combination, which is not only beautiful to look at, but also practical and sustainable. It is a space where one can relax, recharge, and admire the beauty of nature.

Industrial ceiling and artificial plants

A look up reveals an industrial perforated ceiling, which is located above the pillars, which themselves give the space a sense of stability. It is more than a simple building element, it is enriched with more than 200 pieces of green climbing plants, which climb on it, sometimes even hanging down and add freshness to the room, even though they are artificial plants.

The wooden wall with mini plants, Sansevieria fernwood Punk, works as a room divider, which brings other elements of nature into the interior.

It is impossible to overlook the fact that the realization of which we are now so proud is direct proof of their professional work.

Magdaléna, our sales representative, was at the forefront of the project with her ability to process the entire project and subsequently coordinate the client's requirements for the various scope of activities we require for our implementation team. With care and attention to detail, she was able to deal with any challenge.
