New name “PORTOS” and new "green" space on the 25th floor of Prague's tallest building

Imagine a work environment where every detail supports your creativity and productivity. A place where legal services at the highest level are combined with an interior that calms the mind. That's exactly the environment “Capexus” designers have created at one of the largest and most prominent law firms in the country, “Portos”. A project that is dominated by an office entryway and relaxation zone with our famous green wall and individual plants in modern cream coloured pots distributed throughout the floor.
New name “PORTOS” and new "green" space on the 25th floor of Prague's tallest building

When we say "workspace", we no longer think of boring, dull offices. Traditional, natural, modern, representative, comfortable, airy, friendly, flexible, prestigious, luxurious, surprising is everything you will encounter here.

At Portos, they believe that plants bring not only an inspiring, and most importantly, a healthy environment for their employees. Beige, warm colors that perfectly match the lush green color of the plants, soft carpets alternating with vinyl slats, wood panelling and designer light fixtures with artificial plants where accessibility is not practical for maintenance. All of this creates an atmosphere in which you want to spend more time than just the necessary part of your working day.

Our sales representative, Magdaléna, was involved in the overseeing of the project and the technical part of the entire implementation. The subsequent care and maintenance of the plants is the responsibility of our team leader Katka and her team.

The combination of design and nature always creates something unique

And the result? The spaces on the 25th floor of Prague's tallest building, City Tower on Pankrác Plain, with breathtaking views, not only look and feel great, but also represent our values: Innovation, Sustainability, and Precision work in every detail.

Individual plants of dozens of varied species and sizes bring life and dynamism to their offices. The planted oak veneer furniture walls divide the spaces and provide employees with a certain privacy. And the green wall? This is not only an aesthetic element, but also an example of our commitment to cleaner air quality in air-conditioned offices. And also a solution for many plants within a small floor area.

We will maintain the plants, and the green wall regularly, replenishing and replacing them as necessary to keep everything in excellent condition and represent Portos in the best possible light.

Get inspired and look at our photo gallery to see what today's workplace environment, where we spend more than a third of our day, can realistically look like. And this is not a brand-new development project. These offices have been here for decades and the total renovation has transformed them as you can see.

How do you think design and nature should work together in modern offices?
